The Courtland Carriage House B&B, LLC is owned by Deanna Weaver, who was born and raised in Hart. She also works at the Lake Michigan United Methodist Camp (www.LakeMichiganUnidedMethodistCamp.org ) with her parents, Harvey and Pat Weaver. Annual, semi-annual, monthly and weekly reservations are available based on your accommodation needs and availability. We have two suites in the detached Carriage House, they are the Carriage House Suite (on first floor) and the Carriage Loft (on second floor). We also have the Servants Quarters room, a one bedroom, in the main house with a private bath and stairwell and with access to the house’s kitchen, dinning room, living room and music room. All suites and room come with a Queen Bed. The Servants Quarters costs start at $350 monthly. The Carriage House suites costs start at $350 monthly plus utilities. Maximum occupancy is 2 people for each unit. One parking space available in the off-road parking lot for each reserved unit. No animals. No smoking. No loud parties, due to residential neighborhood and Christian Family living on premises. The Formal Dinning room and livingroom, in the main house, can be rented out for your personal parties – The cost starting at $200. We are located in Hart - the County Seat. The Hart/Montague Bike Trail, Pentwater, Mears, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Lake Michigan, Ludington, Muskegon and other tourist towns, sites, and activities are near by. We are within walking distance of Hart Public Schools and downtown Hart. The owner maintains the gardens and yard spring through fall. Outside is well maintained and yard furniture and accessories must be approved by Deanna and compliment the style of the home.
