Rates and Reservation/Cancellation Policies:
Peak Season is: Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend

Peak Nights:  Friday and Saturday

Non-peak Season is: After Labor Day Weekend and Before Memorial Day Weekend

** There may be a two-night stay requirement during Peak Season.

** There are weekly rates. One night is free at the Sunday through Thursday rate.

** The Lilac Room and Green Room are available for groups that reserve the entire B&B
during Non-peak Season.

** Guest: Must have at least one adult with party that is 18 years or older. We prefer guests be older than 5 years of age. Due to the stairwells and antiques, the main house and carriage house were not designed for kids under 5 years of age. Thank you.

Check in time: 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Check out time: 10:30 am to 11:30 am
Check out time on Sunday: 12:30 to 1:30.

Reservations confirmed with a credit card or 50% cash deposit.

A full refund of your deposit will be issued with 14 or more day notice.

Overnight rates includes a full breakfast served at 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday or a continental breakfast served between 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Monday through Friday.

House Rules:
The house rules are posted in every bedroom.  If there are questions please contact the owner. If the house rules are broken, the owner may ask you to leave.  If requested to leave and your room(s) cannot be rebooked, the owner will charge you for your reservation. 

1. The Master Room, Master’s Living quarters on the third floor, and basement are off-limits to all guests. The doors to these areas will typically be kept closed.
2. No smoking on premises at any time.
3. No pets on the premises.  We prefer your precious pets stay in the comfort of your home or a place close to your home.
4. For safety reasons, the kitchen is off-limits unless an invitation is given. 
5. Excessive drinking, use of illegal drugs, and inappropriate behavior will not be permitted for the safety of our guests and my family.  The police will be called to assist with enforcing this rule, if necessary. 
6. Guest must be appropriately dressed in the shared areas.

Guidelines:
For your enjoyment and future guests’ enjoyment, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Be polite to other quests staying at the Courtland Carriage House.
2. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 9:30 am .  Therefore no loud noises, music, voices, or etc during this time.
3. During off-season, during the week (Sunday through Thursday), the house’s quiet time is 10:00 pm to 6:00 am .  Therefore no loud noises, music, voices, or etc during this time.
4. Hang your towels up on towel ranks if you want to reuse them.  All towels in shower/tub will be replaced with clean towels on a daily basis.
5. Your room(s) will be refreshed from between 10:00 am to 1:30 pm .  If you do not want your rooms refreshed, please put your “Do not disturb sign” on your door. 
6. Keep wet items off the furniture, beds, and floors.
7. Keep sand at the beaches and dunes as much as possible.  Please ask for assistance with sandy towels, buckets, chairs, etc.
8. Don’t pick the flowers.
9. Report all damage or accidents to the premises as soon as possible to the owner.
10. Casual drinking is permitted.
